The Premise

Building on a bare-bones tool created for our internal Client Services teams, I worked with a small team of developers to create a troubleshooting and analysis mobile app for our end users.

Where I started:

• Investigated and validated internal use cases with external users.
• Identified the highest priority information, so we could employ a progressive disclosure approach to avoid overwhelming the user.
• Supported the primary use cases while keeping the scope reasonable for our small team.

User Interviews and Observation

Monitoring and Analysis:
In addition to troubleshooting, I discovered that end users were interested in monitoring their ongoing mobile ad setups. I identified the key elements and metrics required to support this workflow, without exploding the scope of the project.
